I am a professional speaker, as well as a social justice and racial equity consultant, who creates bespoke trainings and facilitations for higher education, corporate, and foundation clients. I also serve as a strategic thought partner to executives in both corporate and higher education sectors.
A major goal of the work I do is to help participants feel empowered to be change agents in their locus of influence and power. I’ve had the pleasure of successfully working with groups as small as 6 and as large as 1200.
I bring over a decade of extensive experience in coaching, training, and facilitating learning opportunities for students, faculty, administrators, leadership teams, Boards of Trustees, and corporate clients on: critical identity mapping and meaning-making; privilege and power; allyship and anti-racism work; implicit/unconscious bias; equitable hiring practices; imposter syndrome and stereotype threat; microaggressions and microaffirmations; inclusive pedagogy and leadership; STEM inclusion; women’s leadership; and non-violent conflict resolution and productive dialogue skills.
As a highly skilled trainer, facilitator, and speaker, I am well-versed in working with individuals and groups, in-person and via Zoom. I am particularly adept at moving participants from knowledge to productive action.
